Starting Point Sessions

If you are looking to get fitter but don’t know where to start, the Starting Point Sessions are tailor-made for you.
Experience 1-to-1 personal training in a private, calm, safe environment.

Up & Running
Feeling ready to kick-start a regular fitness routine that helps you feel good?
Up & Running is offered in a private space, with 1-to-1 personal training.
Your personal trainer works with you to design and implement a customised routine that includes exercise, nutrition and overall wellbeing.
Up & Running includes:
10 personal training sessions, over 6 weeks, tailored to you. Cost: €216
personal training sessions, over 8 weeks, tailored to you. Cost €350
both options include home workout and nutritional plans, designed with you and specifically for you
Body & Mind Maintenance
An enjoyable, rewarding, realistic exercise routine is key to maintaining your fitness.
Body & Mind Maintenance is offered in a private space, with 1-to-1 personal training.
Your personal trainer works with you to design and implement a routine that works for you.
Your routine includes exercise, headspace chats, nutritional advice and overall wellbeing.
Body & Mind Maintenance includes:
10 personal training sessions, over 6 weeks, tailored to you €225
16 personal training sessions, over 8 weeks, tailored to you €350
both options include home workout and nutritional plans, designed with you and for you
Up Your Game
Getting ready for an event, competition or just looking to push yourself?
Up Your Game is a challenging exercise program, tailor-made for you, and offered in a 1-to-1 private personal training environment.
Your personal trainer works with you to design a challenging routine, in line with your goals and specific needs.
Up Your Game includes:
12 personal training sessions, over 6 weeks, tailored to you. Cost: €275
18 personal training sessions, over 6 weeks, tailored to you. Cost: €400
24 personal training sessions, over 12 weeks, tailored to you. Cost: €500
36 personal training sessions, over 12 weeks, tailored to you. Cost: €750
