Starting Point Sessions
If you are looking to get fit but don’t know where to start, the Starting Point Sessions are tailor-made for you.
Sometimes starting exercise (or getting back to it) and taking steps to feel good about yourself in general, can be hard.
Busy lives, work-overload, lack of motivation, exhaustion...
It can feel like there are are many obstacles.
The Starting Point Sessions provide 1-to-1 personal training in a private, calm, safe environment. This can be nice for those of us who really want to exercise, but feel a bit intimidated by attending a regular gym.
