The Mental Fitness Coaching program is a 12 week program that combines 1 to 1 personal training with behaviour and mindset coaching, informed by my degree in psychotherapy, helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

My lived experience, alongside my professional qualifications, inspired the idea to blend fitness with life-coaching. Feeling fitter, both physically and mentally, helps get you unstuck and empowers you to start implementing real change in your life.

2 x 30-minute personal training sessions
