That’s not lack of motivation. More often than not, it’s your nervous system choosing what feels familiar over what feels new. This makes it harder to implement the changes you want to see for yourself.

The Reset Programme is a 12-week 1:1 experience for people who feel like life is off track. We work on your mind and your body at the same time — because you can't fix one without the other. You'll come out of it feeling stable, stronger, and genuinely in control of your life.

My lived experience, alongside my professional qualifications, inspired the idea to blend fitness with psychotherapy-informed coaching. Feeling fitter, both physically and mentally, helps get you unstuck and empowers you to start implementing real change in your life.

This program helps you:

  • Break old patterns and stop self-sabotaging at the point of progress

  • Build structure, routine and consistency around exercise

  • Improve fitness and confidence

  • Reduce stress and feel healthier overall

Weekly Structure

  • 2 x 30-minute personal training sessions

  • 1 x 30-minute psychotherapy-informed coaching session

  • Sessions are intentionally separated so both work better
